COLD WEATHER DIVING

Teel is the owner of Seaview SCUBA and is taking Rutar out for his drysuit certification. Rutar is from Casper, Wyoming, but is stationed at the Navy Sub Base in New London. He's taking this class as a way to have anoth­er activity to do on his R & R. Seaview SCUBA is located in Quaker Hill.
